OFC has limited funds available for scholarships. Scholarship applicants must first meet
the financial qualifications before being considered for a full or partial scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded based on availability of funds. There is no guarantee that
qualified applicants will receive scholarship monies.
Scholarship Guidelines:
Household income should be at or below the Reduced Price Meals level per the U.S.
Department of Agriculture (see attached chart) to be considered for a full or partial
scholarship.
To Apply:
1.
Complete the attached Oklahoma Football Club Scholarship Application Form.
2.
Mail both the application form and a copy of your most recent income tax return
to the address provided. The tax return must be attached to the application
to be considered. Please use a permanent marker and mark out all social
security numbers. This tax return copy will be shredded once verification of
income has been established.
Applications must be postmarked by Friday, July 9, 2010 to be considered.
